We had a rough stay—our key cards kept malfunctioning, which was super annoying. Plus, the room just felt grimy, and the beds were basically rocks. I expected better for the price we paid, honestly. Disappointing!

Comfortable stay with great service

I thoroughly enjoyed my night in the King Room - Disability Access/Non-Smoking. The room was exceptionally clean, with excellent water pressure in the shower. The staff went out of their way to assist me with parking my large truck. Highly recommend this hotel for a stress-free stay!

Liked the place, had a pleasant stay for a weekend. The breakfast had plenty of options : cereals, eggs, toast, fresh fruit and pastries. The room met expectations, brand-new with an excellent breakfast at a very good price. The hotel's location was peaceful, very close to Florence, quiet area.

Every detail was good from the beginning, including staff and location, I loved it.

The room was spacious enough for my family. We had two queen beds, and they were surprisingly comfortable. Pillows were large, but I prefer a flatter option. The temperature control worked well, keeping the space cozy. Noise levels were low, so we could rest peacefully. I appreciated the cleanliness at first glance, though there were some unwelcome surprises like the roach in the bathroom. Free breakfast was simple, with cereal and bagels, but I missed having more options. a decent spot to rest before hitting the road again.

Chose this hotel on a long drive, and it exceeded expectations. Room was comfortable and clean—a necessary upgrade from a previous motel disaster. Check-in was friendly, even at midnight. Spacious room, modern amenities, and a comfy bed made for a restful stop. the bathroom cleanliness was disappointing. Found dead bugs and hair. The A/C struggled, leading to a humid night, which was uncomfortable given my asthma. Staff was generally helpful, but the management could improve communication. A clean, enjoyable stay overall, but attention to detail is crucial. I’m grateful for the fresh bedding and location, yet I hope for better housekeeping next time.

Conveniently situated near top attractions and dining options!

I was impressed by how easy it was to explore the area with so many attractions within a short distance, including the Florence County Museum which is just over 5 km away and the popular Krispy Kreme that's only a few steps from the hotel, so you can grab a quick treat; in addition, the breakfast offered at the hotel provided a nice start to the day! While my room was nice and clean with comfortable beds, I did notice that there was some outside noise that could be distracting at times.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome right away. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable it felt like a cloud. the bathroom left a bit to be desired; I found some hair and two dead bugs, which was disappointing. Breakfast was simple—a water bottle and fruit cup didn't quite cut it. Despite a few quirks like loud train noise at night, this place is a solid choice for a quick stop, especially with decent dining options nearby and attentive staff who resolved issues promptly.

A big surprise, super equipped, clean, great value for money. Ideal for a night on our round trip.
